Object
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Wevi Design Ibrahim Sow, Sole Proprietor, SIRET 79856327600046: website creation, visual identity, SEO, and maintenance. They apply to both business and individual clients.
Quote and order
Each service is subject to a free quote, valid for 30 days. The order is firm after signature of the quote and payment of a deposit of 50 %.
Price and payment
Prices are quoted in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). The balance is payable upon delivery of the website, before it goes live. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer.
Late payment
For professionals, any delay will incur penalties equal to three times the legal interest rate, as well as a fixed fee of €40 for recovery costs. For individuals, outstanding amounts will accrue interest at the legal rate. In the event of non-payment, Wevi Design may suspend services or the website's online availability.
Implementation and modifications
The number of revision sets included is specified in the quote. Any additional requests will be subject to a separate quote. The client provides the necessary content (text, images, access). Turnaround times are indicative, generally 3 days to 6 weeks, and depend on the delivery of this content.
Hosting and domain name
Hosting and domain name registration are purchased and paid for directly by the client, in their own name. Wevi Design is not responsible for service interruptions by the hosting provider or for monthly hosting and domain name fees.
Property
The website and its created elements become the property of the client upon full payment of the invoice. Wevi Design reserves the right to feature the completed project in its portfolio. The client guarantees that they possess the rights to the content they provide.
Right of withdrawal (individuals)
The individual client has 14 days from the date of signing the quote to withdraw, without giving a reason, by simply sending an email to contact@wevidesign.com. If they expressly request that the service begin before the end of this period, they remain liable for the work already completed up to the date of their withdrawal.
Responsibility
Wevi Design is committed to performing its services with care, within the bounds of an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for content provided by the client or for indirect damages.
Mediation (individuals)
In the event of a dispute, the individual customer can use the consumer mediator free of charge.
Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute with a professional, and failing an amicable agreement, the competent court is that of Vesoul.
